As soon we have dispatched the goods, we would send you an e-mail mentioning the tracking number (AWB No.). You can track your packet on Fedex site with that tracking number.
You can also track your order by logging in to your account on our site & going to "Order History" & see status against the Order Number (Order Number is on your Invoice)

We try our level best to send you the exact designs. Sometimes, we run out of the stock of the certain items. In that case, we would contact you to suggest us the replacement for a particular design. In any case, we would not ship another style without your approval.
14.Would there be any change in the colour or design of a particular style?
We try our level best to give you the exact design & colour of the item as shown on the site. As these are Handcrafted Items, there can be minor change in finish /colour / workmanship / length / breadth / thickness etc. as compared to the product shown or description mentioned on the site.
Also, different computers have different monitor settings so colours could be different from actual.

Yes, we can make your designs as per your specifications. We would need wholesale quantity per style per colour for making the Custom Designs.

18.How can i purchase the products with the website?
You can easily navigate the product of your choice by browsing the categories and the sub categories. On reaching the requried product, yiu can simply add that producty to the Shoppping cart with the help of Add To cart button in the Product page.
Likewise you can add as many products to the cart as you want. After adding the products and calculating the freight charges....you can check out by logging in to your account so as to confirm the proper Shipping and Billing Address and then finally make the payment.
You can alsa track the status of all the orders made with our website by logging in to your account.
